These Terms of Service govern your use of Legacy Oak Enterprises LLC's ("Legacy Oak," "we," "us") automated text messaging assistant service.
Legacy Oak provides an AI-powered text messaging assistant on behalf of home service businesses. When a call to one of our client businesses is missed, our system may text the caller to follow up, ask about their service needs, and help schedule an appointment.
By interacting with our text messaging assistant, you consent to receive text messages related to your service inquiry. Message frequency varies based on the conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
You can cancel text messages at any time by texting "STOP." After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
If at any time you have questions about the messaging program, text "HELP" to the number you were messaging with, or contact us directly using the information below.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
While our assistant responds automatically, actual appointment confirmation is subject to the availability of the business you contacted.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
